What You Need to Know: • Shampoo is included with every service. (You are welcome to arrive with clean hair; however, service pricing remains the same.) • Hair must be detangled and free of matting prior to your appointment. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once. (Ex: If you need to reschedule again after that, a new deposit will be required.) A 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything less will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 90% of the service total. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and a 90% charge will apply.
